This is a custom made heavy duty audiophile turntable isolation plinth.

It is designed to be fitted into masonry (brick, block or concrete) or solid wood framed interior walls.

It does a superb job of isolating the turntable from any sonic energy in the floor or the cabinet that the turntable might otherwise be sitting on.

It made a huge difference to the tightness and resolution of the bass from my Rega RP3, and that in turn added clarity and airiness everywhere. Originally developed it to stop sub-sonic stuff from my subs feeding back, but I was genuinely amazed by what a difference it made across the board. I had it bolted to a solid double brick wall.

The wood is beautiful, solid steel under-frame. Must pick up from Hataitai, Wellington City.
