I imported this in 2018 from their start up. So it is an original model. Not used much, I bought it for hot flushes and it works. It has a pad on the back, your wear i like a watch with the pad on the inside. It has a bar on the front which you press, one side for heat, red, the other for cold, blue. Its a fascinating gadget. Steel strap with a strong magnet clip, fully adjustable. Comes with box and instructions. Sad to see it go but I do not use it. Rechargeable.
