These tiny units are really handy if you are running a 12v or 24v battery system and need to power a lower voltage piece of gear, like a usb port or small dc fan. These converters are also great if you are looking to hardwire small battery powered equipment, almost anything that runs on AA, AAA or even 9v batteries has the potential to be wired into your dc system. Great for stuff like typical smoke and gas alarms or small vent fans

These boards have a wide range input and output voltage. Built to comfortably run upto 3 amps continuously or it can run at 5 amp with the addition of a small heatsink. A suitably sized heatsink is included with each unit.
