I believe this holds the record as the thinnest minidisc portable ever made, it really is a mechanical marvel.
Comes with dock as pictured for charging the lithium battery. Battery holds a charge but I haven't tested it for any length. Replacement batteries are available for fairly cheap these days.
Also comes with adaptor cable which allows you to connect any 3.5mm headphone jack. You can still find the original remote for these on eBay etc but they are rare and expensive.
