Description
Icom 7200 HF and 6 Metre Transceiver
Some damage to the twin pass band tuning knob, see below.
Purchased new by me from then Icom NZ at the Blenheim NZART conference 2014.
Its had very little use for the last 5 years so time to sell it.
Test well, 100 watts out as in the photo, good receiver sensitivity and on air testing.
Has DSP fitted as standard and works pretty well for noise reduction. Front panel speaker and direct frequency entry via keypad.
Unfortunately a while back the twin PBT knob got knocked. The concentric pots interact at either end of rotation, not much in the middle. If the knobs are both held then both pots can be set wherever you want. I must admit I never used this much, but if it is an important feature for you, this might not be the HF set for you.
It will be delivered double boxed in the original box.
Unfortunately the manual is somewhere in storage. I will keep the winners details and when it surfaces I will post it to the winner free.
Manual on line: chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://www.hfelectronics.eu/manuals/Icom/Amateur/IC-7200_Manual.pdf
Comes with a new power lead and the original microphone.
Note that I will need an amateur callsign that matches your details.

Does it have atu fitted? a*******r (314 • 3:59 pm, Sun, 27 Apr )No. I am pretty sure they did not have this as an option. There is a tuner button, but it is to operate an icom ATU via the 4 pin connector to the left of the earth screw on the rear panel. stuart99 (321 • Sunday, 27 April 2025 )
