2SC 1969 NPN RF.. is common 12 volt DC based RF CB final, one pair offered here. Brand new unused. Often used as a final stage, very robust output transistor up to 60 Mhz

16 watts output SSB 5 to 8 watts watts AM/FM on CB.

TO220 Case, easy bolt to flat surface...The Tab is insulated.. often used as higher stronger replacement than a T03 cased Final CB transistor....

Few left over from my CB fix it days... These are top end Japanese's made devices.. grab a couple sets for just in case.....most suitable for CB or QRP Ham Radio use.. currently used as a Final output Transistor in a lot of CB makes and pre drivers in quite a few Ham rigs... used in Pairs on CB export models for 60 watts plus output.

I've even used these as a output Transistors on Tait CB 3's or 4s .... easy bolt on to the battery box for 5 to 6 watts out with nice upward modulation swing...better output than the BY33 etc..
