Comes as is in the Listing Photos Has Been Tested all 4 charge 3x of them works well, 1x charges, turns on, has power but cant get it to work (unsure what fault is) 1x radio has a bit of dry paint on the inside of the screen -see photos, does not affect the function of the radio.
