Sadly, it’s time to sell my awesome Data East Pinball Machine. (I have owned this Machine since 2007 and it has lived in my air-conditioned Lounge for the past 18 years… scaring children throughout that time!!)

In preparation for the sale I have had a qualified Pinball Technician check the Machine over and it is working well. (The laser kick in the left hand out lane has always been inoperative... I have not bothered to reinstate it because a well-timed pinball nudge has the same result)
It has had a thorough deep clean including the Playfield.
The “Playfield Rubbers” have also been replaced.
More details about the Pinball Machine…. Tales from the Crypt is a pinball machine from November 1993, manufactured by Data East USA, Inc. Designed by John Borg. Production was limited to 4500 Machines Worldwide.
Notable Features: Flippers (3), Pop bumpers (3), Slingshots (2), Spinning targets (3), Vertical up-kickers (2), Ramps (2), Scoops (2), 3-bank drop targets (1), Eyeball targets (6), Captive ball (1), 3- and 6-ball Multi ball modes, Auto plunger shaped like door handle with head of Crypt Keeper. Hey Tales from the Crypt Fans who are new to Pinball Machines. FYI.... You can set the Machine to be able to be played for free (home use) or for a price (make money out of your friends?!?) I used Conroys Removals to get a Pinball Machine from Auckland to Blenheim. They were great to deal with. There is also a dedicated Pinball Moving Service in operation in NZ....Do a Google search.
