This is a Nintendo 3DS XL Blue/Black from the PAL region. It works with games/software from Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. It also comes with the stylus and charger. The outer shell has some scratching as seen in the photos. The top screen has some minor cosmetic scratches. The bottom screen has some minor cosmetic scratching from stylus use.
