We have had this system since September 2023 with not a lot of use hence the sale. There are a couple issues, the strap is broken but still holds on your head (easy to find on shopping sites), and also on the right side in the corner of the screen you can see 3 white dots which are not noticeable unless you look at them. Otherwise it works as should, price reflects minor issue to headset
