Next level Racing seat. The best part of this setup is the seat is on lockable caster wheels so you can wheel the setup to the side or under the stairs etc. Seat is on adjustable slider for shorter / taller people and you adjust the distance / angle of the pedals with bolts.

There is an extra side plate for attaching a gear shifter or handbrake kit, this can be mounted next the wheel or low next to the seat.

I almost exclusively played F1 on this setup and it went great. Selling as I need to downsize my house.
