How to use this support? Step 1: pass the door handle through the opening of the strap and go to the other side of the door. Step 2: close the door and pull tight, then wrap it around door handle on the opposite side to get the ideal height. Step 3: attach the support to the bungee cord and hook- it on to the strap by using the hook- clip. Step 4: lay on the ground, keeping the body straight and the back against the floor with the head and neck cradled by the support. Other ways: if using a rail or pole, wrap the fabric strap around something parallel to the floor.
