You can not purchase Vitamin D3 5000iu strength in NZ. To get around this I have created the following duo. Vitamin K2 is very important so make sure you take 1 cap of the K2D3 which contains K2
My suggestion is - Take 1 capsule of K2D3 which will give you Vitamin D3 at 1000iu plus Vitamin K2, if you really want to ramp up your Vitamin D3 levels then please feel free to take 1 - 4 caps of the D3 which does not contain the Vitamin K.
eg 1 x K2D3 plus 4 x D3 will give you 5000iu of Vitamin D3 plus 90mcg of Vitamin K an excellent combination for optimal health
