Reviews The pills are large but still easy to take. I chose the magnesium + taurate because I am pre-diabetic and I have heard this is the better combination for diabetics. I am taking this as well as berberine and notice I am slowly losing weight and that my digestion is more regular than before

These literally appear to have stopped my troublesome palpitations and PVCs (premature ventricular contractions), transformed my health and sense of well-being. This response to Mg Taurate is reported in medical literature too. I gratefully recommend.

The best ever magnesium. It is good quality, I use it for my nervous system, and it realy helps me. I take two tablets in the morning, and one after lunch. The size of the tablets is pretty big, so not that easy to swallow, but it works
