Reviews Best thing by far against brainfog It is amazing! Just after two capsules I noticed a huge difference in less brainfog and more clarity. It‘s not completely gone but nothing else within the last 4 years helped as much as Lithium Orotate. I take now two capsules a day with meals and I have no side effects at all. My regular headches and migranes have almost completely disappeared and I can feel a slight bump in overal energy and less digestive issues. I will take it for the forseeable future and can strongly recommend it for post viral disseases.

For me, this product is very effective but I do not take daily. When I feel that I have "slipped back" into a state where I am more down than my life circumstances-at-the-time warrant, I know it is time for some days of Lithium Orotate and I bounce right back. I generally take two capsules (10 mg) for about a week. In the past I have sometimes taken this same dose for a longer series, but never on-going, in my particular case. I have used this exact product for almost 2 decades in this way but each user must find their own dose and routine
