Pure Yeast Extract Powder
Yeast extract is a plant based versatile and nutritious high protein food.
This product has a natural beef or chicken flavour and makes a great addition to dishes. It can be used in:
Stocks, soups, sauces and gravies. Seasoning and savoury mixes. It can also be sprinkled on anything that suits a beef-y or chicken-y taste.
Yeast extract is very strong so only a small amount is needed; Try a few granules on their own to gauge the flavour. We recommend starting with adding 1/2 teaspoon (2g) to 250ml in hot water and then adding more or less depending on desired taste.
Stock Powder This product can be used in replacement of regular stock, which is a good thing because most supermarket stocks are full of other ingredients.
