The drawing of plan is downstairs Some stains All carpet is pulled up. Please note that this carpet does have joins due to the size. We have had to cut a cple of joins to get it down the stairs. Stair carpet was layed in pieces, see last photo for this. There is 6 pieces this size approx 1.3 mtr x 1.1mtr. Also pieces in single Stair size. I haven't measured the 4 hallway cupboards. Theses are included in listing. We have a skylight in hallway, hence the different lighting Buyer must pick up
