Collection Information: Pick up only: The collection point is a storage facility in Panmure, Auckland.

If you have purchased a larger furniture item that one person cannot manage, you will need to bring a second person to assist with loading.

Collections are only available on Saturdays between 9:00 AM and 11:45AM, and must be completed within 2 Saturdays from the auction’s end date.

Payment Information: Payment must be made within 36 hours of auction closing by Ping or Bank Transfer NO CASH. 

Collection Instructions: *    All our auctions close on Wednesday evening. *    On Thursday morning, an email will be sent to you with collection details and instructions. Please check your junk folder if you do not see this email in your inbox.

Non Collection: Auctions not picked up within the required time frame with no contact made will be considered abandoned and will be re-listed.
