would have been very expensive. The outer silky layer is cream with a hint of lemon. There are 2 lining layers one of them I think is a cotton/wool layer blend and 1 is a thick poly/cotton layer. They are in good condition but there are some pulls on them possibly from cat claws. There are some small areas of historic mould markings, mainly near the hems, not very extensive. Measurements are approximate.
