Making a sourdough starter is a fun and rewarding process. Here’s a basic guide to get you started: Ingredients: Active Organic Sourdough Starter that you received in the mail Unbleached stone ground white flour or whole wheat flour (organic if you have one). The starter is organic white flour. Water (preferably filtered or non-chlorinated) What you get - 100 grams of Sourdough starter ready to go, you have to feed it in the morning and the starter will be ready in the afternoon, ready for baking—instruction form on how to make the starter will be in the package.
