These are great quality organically grown macadamia nut-in-shell from our commercial orchard in the sunny Bay of Plenty. They are our 'CUTIES' grade, The nuts are of smaller size but still great quality. Recommended for people who don't mind spending a little more time sorting through nuts. What makes us better? Our orchard is grown using organic principles to produce the healthiest nuts. All our nuts are gently kiln-dried in our commercial drier to make cracking a piece of cake for you. They are then stored in our chiller to maintain optimum quality. All our nuts are sampled by us prior to sale to determine the grade.
