These are said to have health benefits and they taste great!

These have a lovely nutty flavour when roasted - use for soups, as a vege - lots of uses. Save a tuber or 2 and plant out as new tubers for next year.

The flowers look like small (tall) yellow sunflowers the tubers look a bit like ginger root.

Have a potato texture - great as a vege (roasted is nice) or even better in leek & and jerusalem artichoke soup!
