10 to 15 potatoes = 1kg approx. I have plenty. Ask if more needed. These are still suitable to eat also. And grown by organic home gardeners. Purple skin and insides mostly. Their rich colour makes healthy eating easy and attractive. This pre 1800 cultivar is higher in nutrients, amino acids, minerals, dietry fibre and antioxidants than your ordinary supermarket spud. Especially if grown organically which these seed are. But we are not a commercial outfit, just home gardeners. These are a easy plant to grow and will grow to 20cm long and 5cm wide if you give plenty of food and water. Otherwise between 4 to 12cm usual size. They like water regularly and die in winter - I harvest then. They store well but start sprouting in spring. Still good to eat though. Feed with much organic compost or leaves or sheep manures from the top (don't dig it in). For cooking they're delicious and taste like potato. Floury texture, exellent mashed and as roasties, and nice as potato salad mixed with other potatoes for colour effect. Let me know if your buying to eat cause I'll dig you some fresh ones.
