About Our Honey: Our comb honey is the epitome of natural goodness, extracted straight from the hives in the purest form, just the way bees intended. With its distinct flavor, comb honey pairs beautifully with a cheese board, enhances the flavor of toast, or can be savored on its own. The nectar source for our honey is predominantly Clover/Pasture, ensuring a delightful and aromatic experience.

Caring for Your Honey Comb: Our honey comb comes in round holders, directly harvested from the hives. To maintain its soft and delicate texture, it is best stored in a warm spot. However, if you prefer a firmer texture, refrigeration is recommended. Please note that over time, natural crystallization may occur, which does not affect the quality or taste of the honey. To prevent crystallization, we advise storing the honey in a warm spot. If you do not plan to use the honey for an extended period, placing it in the freezer will preserve its liquid form.
