Description
Catermaster three litre hand-cranked stainless steel sausage filling machine.
The bowl tips sideways to fill with sausage meat when the pressure plate is cranked to the top.
The machine comes with four different sizes of stainless steel sausage tubes with an approx. external diameter of: 16mm, 19mm, 25mm, 38mm. With these four different thicknesses of sausages can be made from cheerios and chipolatas right up to salami.
The machine is 800 mm high to the top of the rack. Its base measures 320 mm x 270 mm.
The machine has seen little use and is just taking up space in our garage.
It is currently advertised at Savebarn new for $389.
We live at Pegasus where the machine can be collected. Freight costs are an indication only. A firm quote can be provided once we know the location of the purchaser.
