Pine is a softwood therefore fast burning, it is commonly used as a starter wood and ideal for open fires that require good ambient heat. Our pine is a combination of young and old man pine so there may be some pieces with high amounts of resin.

Kiln dried wood is our superior product as it has been through a kiln, similar to a oven on fan bake, it dries the wood down to 20% moisture or lower. It is then shed stored. Sold by the cubic meter.
