In good condition works well with no issues.

Has been serviced annually and last service was 2 months ago with new filters.

The exterior unit is showing some signs of surface corrosion on the cover but doesn’t affect the operation of the heat pump, could easily be painted if it bothered you.

House was finished late 2018 so is just over 6 years old.

Heat pump was professionally gassed down and pipes crimped - only selling as changing living room and wanted a different style.
