Table lamp - stained glass

Solid lamp; heavy table/desk lamp. Prob. in cast iron - dimensions Height: 880mm Shade Diameter: 480mm We're selling as downsizing. You will need a large space for this fabulous lamp as it's probably the largest available - new cost was over $500. Am unsure of the age. All in excellent condition. The dragonfly eyes glow red as do the yellow glass 'jewels' inbetween. It's very atmospheric at night. Needs to be placed in a position in your home to command the significance it deserves. It's very unusual to see a lamp of this size and is obviously hand crafted. The shade is removeable for ease of transport, hence we are hoping for the new owner to pick up from our home in Ponsonby. I believe 'Tombo' is the Japanese word for dragonfly, representing courage, strength & bravery. The Samurai revered them because they never went backwards! Thank you for your interest.
