We ship these poufs unstuffed to save on postage. Here's our suggestions for stuffing:

Polyester/Kapok Newspaper (scrunched up newspaper provides a firm filling - Our favourite) Polystyrene beads Old Rags (The most eco friendly way of stuffing - use old clothes, bedding, towels etc. Not only provides a great insert but also helps our environment and reduces landfill!) Your pouf will arrive with a crease from where it has been folded. After stuffing your pouf just sit back,relax and allow a few weeks for the crease to soften.
