Polyester/Kapok Newspaper (scrunched up newspaper provides a firm filling - Our favourite) Polystyrene beads Old Rags (The most eco friendly way of stuffing - use old clothes, bedding, towels etc.
Your pouf will arrive with a crease from where it has been folded. After stuffing your pouf just sit back,relax and allow a few weeks for the crease to soften and smooth out.
