For collectors of antique jewellery, it's kinda nice to have some genuine period boxes to store their precious items in. Here's a small bunch of empty jewellery boxes, both properly antique pieces through to those that are 'merely' vintage :-)

Most notable of the lot is the watch(?) box from noted Auckland manufacturing jeweller of yesteryear, Kohn. A nice J Williams, Jeweller, Wanganui pin box. And there's also a really nice, top quality genuine Italian leather hexagonal shaped box (stamped on the base "Made in Italy").

All of these boxes have many, many decades (or 100+ years!) of age to them. They range in condition from very good to some wear and tear as you might expect. Condition per photos. They all latch shut securely.

And just to reiterate, just to make it very clear - these are EMPTY boxes, they come with NO jewellery :-)
