This is a lovely sapphire pendant in 9ct gold (stamped). There's one "diamond" but I don't know if it's real or not. (I'll add another photo to show the diamond better.) The entire length of the pendant is 17mm, and it's 5mm wide at its widest point.

This was a gift. I've worn it a few times, but don't wear it anymore. It was purchased at Pascoes. A very similar pendant to this one is on their page for $249.
