18k gold Elsa Perretti heart pendant on original 16 inch, 18k gold chain. I bought this in Sydney 20 years ago. I have the original receipt which I can supply to the buyer but no longer have the packaging. I believe this size retails for over $4000 NZD now. I’m selling as I don’t wear it though I do love it.
