Clearing out some vintage silver jewelry on behalf of my elderly mother. This has been hand made and was purchased in the 80s from memory. Solid choker stamped 925 weighing 45.77 grams. Slightly out of shape but not noticeable on.
No idea what pendant is made out of sorry but Google images suggested mother of pearl.
