Korg Trident MkII with MIDI

Reluctantly selling my Korg Trident MkII – a legendary vintage analogue polysynth and easily my favourite synth I’ve ever owned. This is a very hard one to part with, but I’m moving to India and scaling back my studio.

This is the MkII version, which includes upgraded envelopes and increased memory over the original model. A MIDI kit was professionally installed a few years ago and it works perfectly – a huge plus for modern integration.

The synth is in very good condition with no issues – fully functional, stable, and sounds incredible. The string, brass, and synth sections are rich and layered, with proper analogue depth. It’s a dream for vintage keys fans, ambient producers, and anyone who values expressive analogue sound.

These are extremely rare in New Zealand and only getting rarer globally. Values are steadily increasing, and this is a brilliant long-term piece to own – both musically and as a collector’s instrument.

Pickup is in Wellington CBD, or I can arrange careful shipping at the buyer’s cost. It’ll be packed securely and safely – this isn’t something to take risks with.
