Our sweet Simmy Girl, a gentle six-year-old cat who came to us from the SPCA about a year ago, is looking for a quiet and understanding forever home. She's done well with us, but our other cat makes her stressed. We think she'd be happiest as the only cat in a calm home without young, active kids.

Simmy loves quiet and comfort. She's so happy in warm sunshine, on soft blankets, and just being near her people. Her pretty green eyes are so sweet when she looks at you. She's a wonderful, quiet friend and she’s always perfectly clean. At night, she loves to cuddle up in bed. If you're relaxing on the couch, she'll often join you, getting comfy on your lap or a nearby blanket. She also likes to get involved with crafts & table activities.

Because of her past, Simmy is easily worried. Loud noises can scare her. She likes being close to her humans and will come when you call her, but she doesn't like to be picked up.

Simmy is healthy – she's had all her shots, flea and worming treatments, and has a microchip. We really want to find her a home where she'll feel safe, loved, and understood.
