The Cats Protection League is a registered charity dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming cats and kittens. You are welcome to visit our cattery where our experienced staff will introduce you to cats who will fit your lifestyle and be a pleasure to own. Cats are individuals so please do not be offended if we steer you towards cats other than the one that first caught your eye.

One of the cats available is SUNNY.

Sunny is about 3 years old, a friendly boy with strong views. He is not a lap cat but will sit next to you and purr up a storm. He enjoys basking in the sunshine, and for this reason he was originally called Sun King.

Sunny came into CPL care when his owner moved in with family and couldn't take him along. Playful but likely not patient enough for children, he will suit an adult home and more experienced owner.

Sunny has tested positive for FIV. Cats who carry this virus usually lead long and otherwise healthy lives, but need to be indoor-only as they can infect other cats. There is no risk to humans or other animal species. He is on an Early Renal diet which will need to be continued.

All our cats have been vet checked, desexed, tested for feline aids and leukaemia, wormed, defleaed, microchipped and vaccinated. We will always take them back if it does not work out.
