Meet Skye, a beautiful silver & grey girl, with blue eyes.

This was my daughter’s cat that she brought across from Australia two years ago when she moved home, but has since moved overseas and hasn’t taken the cat with her.

As she was a rescue cat, essentially raised in Australia, she’s best suited as mostly indoor cat, but does enjoy going outside on occasion - staying very close to the house. She takes a while to warm up to you as she had a bit of a hard early-start to life. She only takes pats to the head when she’s really relaxed, but other than that, she’s very playful and very chatty.

She sleeps on the bed with you and does enjoy a good cuddle on her terms, but she’s not a lap cat. Her forever home would best be with a settled woman owner who enjoys being followed around; someone who would simply like Skye’s company. While Skye certainly warmed up to my husband, she doesn’t like booming voices, and she is not good with other animals.

She’s in good health and has been fed predominantly Purina one dry food and applaws wet food.

We are seeking a good, warm, healthy home for her as we would like the freedom of not having to look after an animal. As we don’t know her date of birth, I’ve simply made a guess based on her being four years old.
