Roxie is extremely loving and effectionate she is around 12 months old , desexed microchiped , wormed, and flea treated . Roxie is long haired so she will need weekly grooming .

Roxie is not particularly happy with other kitties but she tolerates them, she is currently in a catio with another kitty and no fighting just occasional hiss.

Criteria of applying

1. NO BUSY ROADS
2. IF you RENT the person holding the RENTAL AGREEMENT can ONLY apply and pets must be legal in your contract . IF YOU OWN your property the owner of the property must apply not people living in the homeowners home. We will require verification and will ask .
3. A SAFE ROOM away from main doors and no windows open for at least 4 months . A photo will be required of this space . 5.Afford premium food, yearly vet visits

Be committed to bringing inside each night and no wondering as a young kitty or a mature kitty . We do not do random visit sorry, only once qualified the we can arrange a visit time .
