Peaches is a very loving female huntaway X German Shepherd mix with brindle colouring. She is 16 weeks old and will be a large dog when full grown.

Peaches is little but mighty. She gives as much as she gets. She has a loud voice for such a little dog and is quite capable of defending her food if she is hungry.

She is interested in the cat, probably because they are the same size, and tends to chase if the cat runs.

She started off as a fussy eater but is improving.

She is adventurous and smart which does tend to get her into trouble, she has worked out how the cat door works and has used it a few times.

She likes being outside with others (human or canine) playing or watching her. She loves cuddles.

Peaches is still working on being fully toilet trained. She is fine with her paws and teeth being checked.

Ellie’s Canine Rescue are based in the Greater Wellington region. Depending on the dog we do adopt out of the Wellington region. We do not ship dogs unmet. Undesexed dogs and puppies are not rehomed outside of the Greater Wellington Region.
