Meet Clover.
Her mother is a purebred merle Border Collie and her father, a purebred Australian Cattle dog. She has a merle double coat, though is short haired for a Collie. She takes more after her Collie side in looks and personality. She is very alert, intelligent and wants to learn and please. She'd be great for sports or even farm work. She has a high prey drive and will need to be introduced to cats, chickens, rabbits etc. She is, however, amazing with children, friendly with humans and likes other dogs though she is slightly timid and submissive at first due to her still building confidence. Clover loves to run, go for walks, explore the bush and her absolute fave is a good swim at the beach or lake. She would make an awesome companion to an active, affectionate and calm family or individual. We took Clover in as she was being dumped by her original owner, she has so much love to give and just wants to cuddle up on the couch with her people and go where you go. She is gentle, loving, goofy and sweet. We are only rehoming her as we are moving overseas and we do not wish to put her through months in a kennel - rather we will take the time to find her the perfect forever home that she deserves. She will come with her crate (she is crate trained overnight), and a small basket of her belongings. She travels great, having been on multiple camping trips with us.
Clover has not yet been desexed.
We will only be considering the very best home for her and her rehoming will not be free. Please text or email to discuss your interest. Our home is in Te Puke, Bay of Plenty.
Thanks,
Jess.
