Sadly due to some major life changes I am no longer able to keep this beautiful boy.

Juan is an amazing companion, originally a young rescue, he has bought much joy to my life. He’s a warm, very loving, happy dog, who is definitely a lover, not a fighter! He really just loves life and all people, he is great with kids, he is a big cuddler. He also does well with other dogs as he has been regularly attending pack walks for the last few years and has had lots of dog company.

He’s never been around cats so this could be an issue.

He absolutely wants to please and he follows most cues with obedience. He went through a bit of a time with leash reactivity, having been set upon by bigger dogs, but he now seems fine. He can get a bit excited however when meeting someone new or when guests arrive (but no longer jumps up - just wants to lick you!) and so he could do with a new owner who used to training so as to polish off his obedience skills.

His ideal home would be with someone who has a good understanding of the breed and who is willing to continue his training as well. He also needs good exercise and movement as he’s very fit and has energy to burn. He is very food focussed. He also needs to be an inside dog as he’s been a bit spoilt, always kept warm and dry and inside when not playing outside.
