Baloo is a sweet, 9 week old, male, Staffy X.

Good with dogs: Yes, respectful of older foster siblings. Good with cats: Unknown but definitely young enough to train around cats. Good with stock: Unknown but definitely young enough to train around stock. Good with children: Yes.

Baloo's foster writes:

Baloo is a cuddly, sweet boy with melting dark eyes, the softest little velvety ears and a cute white chest and toes.

He loves playing with his litter-mate brother Opal and rampaging around the house in between time-out naps in his play pen and crate.

He and his brother have been sleeping quietly through the night and are using their puppy pads pretty reliably in the play pen. He is also getting the hang of galloping outside after a nap to do his business on request. Still getting there with the toilet training, but he is very young still, so that is to be expected.

He is respectful of our older dogs, but hasn't had a lot of contact with our cats as they are not impressed with puppies.

He is smart, eager to learn and already responding to his name. He would do really well with clicker/treat training.

I would say that he will be a medium energy dog when he is grown and probably a medium-larger size.

He is an active pup, but also happy to settle down for a nap and loves a lap cuddle and a sunny spot. He would be fine living with other animals and would enjoy getting out and about when he is old enough. He has enjoyed exploring our yard and is happy to spend short periods outside entertaining himself.

He would be a lovely dog for any family.
