Story of a Mange Pup - Izzy ????

Izzy was rescued just before New Year 2024. She was severely affected by Sarcoptic and Demodex mange!

Her skin was raw, hot and infected - the agony what she went through only one can imagine.

Izzy’s journey to a full recovery took patience and laboriously consistent effort and numinous trips to the vets, several courses of antibiotics and skin medicated bathes & ointments, calming medication and a lot of LOVE!

Being a young pup of a statue of American Bulldog, Izzy naturally found a lot of energy once she started feeling better with meds, good food and care on board!

It has been a mission Impossible to keep this fun loving pup in isolation till all the threats of contagious mage gone!

Finally, our goofy girl, Izzy, is ready to find her forever loving home!

• Age: 12 months
• Izzy loves food, toys, car rides and just being out and about, her favorite toys are the rubber noises ones and balls. We call he our ADHD dog always on the go. Great with other dogs once she to know them. Can be little shy with humans. Sleeps in a crate, toilet trained. Needs a very firm owner as she pushes the boundaries. with kids other animals. Izzy also attends a local daycare.

Izzy is fully vaccinated (Parvo, Lepto, Kennel Cough), regularly worm/flea treated, desexed, microchipped & Companion Animals NZ registered.
