Meet Hufflepuff, our little bundle of magic who is ready to cast a spell on the right family. This curious pup is always exploring her surroundings, full of playful energy and has a mischievous sparkle that will keep you smiling. Like her namesake, she is loyal at heart but she can be shy at times and needs someone patient to help her confidence grow.

Tamariki – Children 10+ due to puppy energy and need for training consistency. Cats – No cats, will chase. Dogs – Matches their energy, needs proper intro’s. Stock/poultry – Untested. Size – Currently 17.4kgs, will likely mature large in size.

Hufflepuff has plenty of puppy energy, so she is looking for an adopter with previous dog or breed experience who can provide the training, enrichment and love she needs to thrive. She will do best in an active home with decent fencing to keep her safe and secure.

PLEASE NOTE

• Walk-in viewings at Pukekohe Adoption Centre, 15 Austen Place, Pukekohe are between 10.30am–2.30pm Thurs–Tues.
• All members of the family (inc dogs) are required to come to a meet & greet appointment if selected in the adoption process. This includes out of Aucklanders.
• Fully fenced section or outside containment will be needed to pass a property inspection.
• It is not first in first served; we aim to find the best home for each dog.
• If you are unsuccessful, we will keep your application on file for 6 months or may suggest another dog that is suited to you.

The adoption fee is $450
