Listing is for a small bottle of live daphnia. (Approximately 300ml).

With the right conditions and feeding this bottle will have you producing daphnia for small scale feeding in a few weeks,

Daphnia is an easy to culture live food for smaller cold water and tropical fish. Also suitable for fish fry, tadpoles, newts and baby axolotl.

Will be a mixture of adults (3mm approx) and smaller ones over various instar stages (0.1mm +). It is likely many will already have eggs

Transfer these to a larger tub, tank or barrel full of dechlorinated water and keep them fed up on green water, activated yeast or spirulina to start your own culture.

Eggs hatch after a week or so, and the daphnia will be ready to reproduce after another week. Your culture will be up and running in no time.

I cannot guarantee live delivery, but I have a 100% survival rate while posting. The Daphnia will be in the bottle, and protected by cardboard. Will only be send Monday or Tuesday to avoid delays over the weekend.
