Complete low-maintenance fish tank setup, fully operational and stocked with fish.

The tank includes a sump filter and has been in use for over 15 years, running flawlessly.

When initially set up, I installed a custom foam back wall with aerated pumps behind it to enhance biological filtration.

The tank comes with various Chichlid, including electric yellows, Johanni Mbuna, a pleco and a couple of others, which naturally breed and sustain their population. It is a perfect setup for anyone looking for a well-maintained, self-sustaining aquarium.

I can assist with the tank breakdown and show you how to set it up. But not delivery; it is heavy and will require sand removal and water drainage at pickup, as well as a suitably sized chilly bin to transport the fish safely, a couple of buckets for the sand (sand has foam under) and optionally a couple of water tanks to preserve some of the bio-proven water. When you get it home, you will need to reinstall the sand filled with water and let it settle for a few hours before putting the fish back in the tank.

Terms of trade are cash on pickup. The tank is located in my office and has close vehicle access.
