Aqua One Ammonia & Chlorine Neutralizer improves aquarium water by removing harmful toxins such as chlorine, chloramines and heavy metals found in tap water as well as reducing levels of toxic ammonia and nitrate produced from fish waste.
When adding or changing water to a new or existing aquarium it is necessary to use a chlorine neutraliser to make the tap water safe for fish. Aqua One Ammonia and Chlorine Neutraliser not only makes tap water safe by neutralising chlorine, chloramines and heavy metals found in tap water but also helps neutralise any waste products (ammonia & Nitrate) produced by your fish. It should be used when ever water is added to an aquarium to maintain a healthy environment for your fish.
