Scruffians Rattery has baby rats ready to go to new homes this week!

They are very sweet, well handled and socialized little ones. They've grown up in the hustle and bustle of the house and are used to kids, dogs, cats, all sorts of food, vacuum cleaners, and fingers being poked in their cage.

These babies are from 2 litters: Misty's Mischief Mimosa (Djinn) - Mink-champagne self + Interstellar Frank - Cinnamon hood : DOB 11/03/25 White Rose Rattery Avery (Sprite) - agouti variberk + Interstellar Frank - Cinnamon hood: DOB 12/03/25

There are both boys and girls available, some of their photos are here and there are heaps more pictures of them on the Scruffians Rattery Facebook page.

They come with a welcome home pack including a small bag of food, some toys and chews, a treat jar (they come to the sound of it being shaken) snuggle sacks, an info pamphlet and their adoption certificates and 4 generation pedigree.

Scruffians Rattery is an NZFRS registered breeder. My rats are pets first and foremost, they are kept in comfortable cages and are well cared for. I have had this family of rats since 2017 and have been working to breed out any genetic health problems and to breed friendly, cuddly rats that make great pets.
