These babies are all handled most days, from the day they're born to help them to be as friendly as possible and used to humans. This is one of the biggest factors in helping you have friendly pets who enjoy attention. We put multiple hours into cuddling them by the time they are ready for their new home.
Guinea pigs do best with at least 1 other guinea pig of the same sex as they're herd animals, so they will need to go in pairs unless you have another guinea pig at home to keep them company.
Happy to answer any questions or to arrange a time to come and have a cuddle with your potential new fur baby!
Guinea pigs are easy pets to keep happy, though they are not low maintenance as they always need fresh food and their hutch cleaned regularly. They're grazers designed to eat all day long so grass or hay needs to be available to them 24/7. They love weeds such as dandelion and puha. They also need pellets available to them for protein while they are babies. Make sure they have a completely dry and sheltered area if kept outdoors, with hay to keep warm. They don't mind a little bit of cold as long as they are kept dry.
Please note I only hold with full payment
FROM A MITE FREE HOME
If you want to use the pet bus, that may be possible, however the pick up locations are not close to my house so it will be an extra $50-100 to pay for my petrol and time involved, depending on which location I need to travel to.
